We’re searching for a Communications Specialist, Digital Media to join our team! This exciting role is responsible for sharing the stories of our clients using a variety of channels and strategies, with an emphasis on digital media – web, email and social media. The Specialist works with our team to craft compelling narratives that shine a light on the meaningful work of our impact-focused clients.

Responsibilities:
Develops and implements strategic communications programs for both internal and external audiences, utilizing earned, owned, shared and paid media strategies.
Manage digital content for a variety of clients, including website content management and email marketing platforms.
Experienced with content management systems for web (WordPress) and email (MailChimp, BananaTag, Poppulo) is a plus.
Provide art direction for digital content, working with established brand guidelines.
Proficiency with Adobe Design Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) is a plus.
Craft concise and compelling content for digital communications.
Develops and tracks our client budgets.
Participates in industry activities and conferences as appropriate.
Experience:
3-5 years of communications, public relations and/or marketing experience; agency experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism or related field.
Experience working directly with clients both internal and external.
