ABOUT THE POSITION
Schedule: Tuesday through Friday, 8:30-5:00 pm
Salary: Depending upon experience
Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support / Operations
File and transaction management for both buyers and sellers.
Manage, maintain, and organize team events.
Respond and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments for Real Estate Advisor.
Customer Relations Management (CRM) Support.
Manage and maintain listings through the MLS, Zillow, plus other syndicate sites.
Assist in designing, planning, and implementing business strategies.
Client experience, follow-up, and retention.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
2. Creative Marketing
Listing Management including the coordination of home stagers & photography/videography, creating marketing copy and exposés.
Website management and customization.
Client and prospect mailings.
3. Digital Marketing & Content
Digital Marketing and video support across social media platforms and websites.
Shooting and editing raw photo and video footage.
Help in ideation process of digital marketing.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is regularly required to sit or stand at a desk for prolonged periods.
This position requires the ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
This position requires the ability and access to a cell phone and to drive a personal vehicle for limited local travel.
Position Type | Expected Hours of Work:
Tuesday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Hours may fluctuate depending upon company need.
Education and experience:
1. High School diploma or its equivalent, associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
2. High degree of proficiency in office procedures.
3. 1-3 years in similar position.
