Brittney has spent more than 10 years in nonprofit, grants, research, and education. Trained as a social researcher, she brings a love of learning, a strategic mindset, the ability to see the big picture yet manage the details, and a focus on relationship. Her experience managing projects as well as supporting teams allows her to balance a variety of tasks with warmth and precision. 

“At the end of the day, I come alive when I am able to help others define their vision and move closer to reaching their goals and even fulfilling their dreams, whatever part I may play. I aim to bring intuitiveness, attention to detail, and creativity to each project.”

When not working, Brittney can be found pulling out her art supplies for a new project, trying healthy recipes in the kitchen, enjoying a hike along the river, or kayaking around the Twin Cities with her husband.
